Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that things don’t always work out. Here's our refund and return policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order ID/email) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products marked “final sale”

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Personal use items (e.g., skincare, hygiene products)

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you by email

• Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. Email us photos and your order number to request an exchange.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

• Double-check your bank account

• Contact your card provider

• Email us at rachnafinds@gmail.com if it’s still delayed

6. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
